Panama has been recognized as the Best Vacation Destination in Latin and South America at the 12th edition of the Global Traveler Leisure Lifestyle Awards, held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This was announced by Jennifer Janson, Marketing Director of the Tourism Promotion Fund (Promtur).
Janson explained that the selection of the winners was carried out by Global Traveler Magazine through an open survey of more than 500,000 high-level readers. Participants include frequent travelers, CEOs and company owners, who spend an average of 80 nights a year in hotels.
The award reinforces Panama’s position as a preferred destination for tourists seeking unique and high-quality experiences in the region.
