Panama means abundance of fish and lives up to its name, has several world-class fishing areas like Piña Bay on the Pacific coast for those who enjoy sport fishing. Among the main saltwater species are sailfish, wahoo and marlin. We also have freshwater fishing, specifically in Gatun Lake, an artificial lake created during the times of the construction of the Panama Canal. In these waters you will find sergeant, tarpon, snook and tilapia. Come and enjoy a living experience!
